During the Ubuntu Global Jam, teams get together to contribute to Ubuntu. This year we'll have two parts. This second part will focus on documentation. We'll need help with writing, editing, layouts, screenshots and lots more! If you missed the Bug Jam at the end of August, don't miss out on this!
In the past, we've opened it up to everything, but a little focus will help us make more progress. For a list of all activities, please check community.ubuntu.com. Over there, you will be able to find all the areas in which the Ubuntu community has presence. If you or someone else is interested in an specific area, just check the details on community.ubuntu.com page. Most teams have either a mailing list or an IRC channel where you can contact them and you can continue contributing - even if the Global Jam is over!
Also, if you have any questions about the Global Jam itself, please make sure to check https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGlobalJam. This page will contain suggestions and steps you can take for each of the activities that you could do!
Finally, if you need a hand with anything, please let the LoCo Council know by sending them an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
