Are we going to participate in the Global Jam http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/global/1011/detail/ ? I'm interested in signing us up. What do you think?
In passing through the #ubuntu-uk I noticed they held a session whereby a user sets up a VNC session so others can connect to view the installation process to file bugs and comment. We could do this in parallel or the UGJ or for 11.10 Beta 2

Importance/Priority: HIGH Brainstorm ideas for finding more events to go to? Accomplishing this would make the sub-agenda items below more viable - mrshr3d
Importance/Priority: LOW Ad hoc recording of events (release parties etc), and create ubuntuau YouTube account for uploading. Might encourage/inspire membership and team involvement - mrshr3d
Importance/Priority: LOW For use at release parties and events. I'm doing up a design and researching options. Might help team spirit/motivation? - mrshr3d

Revise the mission statement for the Ubuntu-AU team. Decide where it should be placed so that new and prospective members can find it easily: ie on the wiki or on the website.

Propose we make a list of goals in line with the objectives of the team and the mission statement. Where should they be made available? What level of detail do we need?
I was just wondering what is the support for Kubuntu in Australia.
