There's talk of removing all approved / unapproved status from the locos. Regardless, I think we're in a position where we're ready for unapproved status.

In the past we've had Coffeehouse Coders listed under Ubuntu Hour, even though they've stopped being Ubuntu Hour Events for some time. They should be listed elsewhere.

Much like the Global Jam, this would be a day where we could convene online and work on something Ubuntu-related. Unlike traditional community service, this would be completely voluntary.
