  Ubuntu Quantal Quetzal (to become 12.10) will be released in October. We should start discussing and planning release parties, so if there isn't one in your area organised, feel free to set a date, time and place and put it up on loco.u.c and then let everyone know.
• Customisation ‒ Joel Addison

  It is possible to customise the slideshow in the Ubuntu installer. Discussion on whether this should be done and other customisation options that are available to us.
